At Flavour Bucket, we take great care in ensuring your fragrances reach you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 working days

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal charge may apply for orders below ₹999 or for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can easily track your shipment using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.
If you face any difficulty tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products.
Our team will review and assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.

International Shipping

At present, Flavour Bucket ships only within India.
We are working to expand our services internationally soon.

Returns & Refunds

At Flavour Bucket, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
Every fragrance we craft and deliver undergoes strict quality checks to ensure excellence.
However, if your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to make things right.


Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and attars), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, you may request a replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or leaked

  • The product is missing from your package

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us at support@flavourbucket.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our support team will verify and arrange a replacement or resolution.


Refunds

  • If your replacement request is approved and the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • In case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or partially used perfume/attar bottles

  • Products without original packaging

  • Free samples or promotional items


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Metro cities get faster delivery, while remote areas may take a little longer.
